Refill plan: subscription and cancellation policy

The refill plan is optional, and you stay in control of every delivery. Here is how it runs.

What you sign up for

• Your first order is the Starter Kit at $79: the amber glass bottle and three 30ml refills, shipped free. The three refills in your Starter Kit are included in the $79.
• Already have the bottle? Your first order is three 30ml refills at $45, shipped free, charged at checkout.
• Every 90 days after that, the plan renews automatically: we send three 30ml refills for $45, shipped free, charged to the card you saved at checkout on the day the delivery is processed.
• The plan continues until you cancel.

Changing or cancelling

• Swap your fragrances, change the date, skip a delivery or cancel any time from your refill plan at lvault.co/a/subscriptions, or email hello@lvault.co.
• Changes made before a delivery is processed apply to that delivery.
• There is no minimum number of deliveries and no cancellation fee.

Reminders

We email you before each delivery with your fragrances, the date and the price.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we retry it 4 times, 3 days apart. If it still fails, the plan is cancelled and we email you.

Price changes

We will tell you at least 30 days before any change to the plan price.

Returns and your rights

Change-of-mind returns follow our Refund policy (30 days, unopened). Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and this policy does not limit them.
